Orders submitted online cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Package must be received as normal, and then package contents can be returned as needed. Please refer to our Return Policy. If package is rejected or not received after multiple delivery attempts, all return freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.ALL changes or cancellations made prior to shipment must be done BY PHONE. We are not responsible for unsettled e-mail requests.
